YAMADA Sharyo is here to improve your business!
Hi there, welcome to YAMADA Sharyo Co., Ltd.’s website!
If you are new to our website, we are an used trucks and machinery exporter based in Okayama, Japan. As we have introduced what we do already*, this time we will go a little deep down and talk about our belief and challenges to achieve our company visions.

Our Company Vision Map
This map shows our company visions and it is something always helps us decide the path we should move onto. It consists of 4 major following purposes of our business; 1) For a Happiness of Society 2) For a Happiness of our Customers 3) For a Happiness of our Team 4) For a Happiness of our Company. Let me explain a little bit of each to help you to understand our company more!
1) For a Happiness of Society
What we deal with are Trucks and Machinery which have very close relation to infrastructure works. For example, in the process of constructing new road, Bulldozer will be used to prepare the land, and Tipper / Dump truck will be used to carry excess dirt. By supplying those trucks and machinery, we are proud of contributing to the development of the world and to improve living environments for people in the world.
2) For a Happiness of our Customers
We believe it is our mission to supply high quality vehicles for people who need them. To achieve it, we will always listen to our customers need and propose a best vehicle or solution for each of them. We are not only selling our products, we are also part of our customers to improve their business.
3) For a Happiness of our Team
We support our company members to be satisfied by being a member of Yamada Sharyo. We believe that by providing a great work environment, encouraging motivative works, and respecting their personal lives elevates our members happiness.
4) For a Happiness of our Company
Becoming a fascinating company to work is what we aim for a happiness of our company. We believe that growth of individuals will develop our company, therefore we will never afraid of new challenges which can bring the growth of our team and our company.
Constant challenges and improvements
As our company vision says, seeking a happiness of our customers is one of the main purposes of our work. Our team have a monthly training, and also discuss and exchange our opinions about our work to be able to perform even better.
We have variety of members from different backgrounds and specialties, however, through opportunities like this training give us a chance to remember our goals and how important to work together as a member of Yamada Sharyo.
