Production Department mainly does the vehicle inspection, production of the Rebuild Parts, and preparing the shipment of the vehicles.
So firstly, I will explain from the vehicle inspection.

VEHICLE INSPECTION
We will inspect all the vehicles by our professional stuff once the vehicles arrive at our company. We inspect the vehicles from corner to corner like the engine condition, chassis condition, body condition, and exterior of vehicles, etc… at the VEHICLE INSPECTION.

PRODUCTION of the REBUILD PARTS
We also sell the truck parts like engine, transmission, exterior parts of trucks, brand new parts, rebuild parts and used parts to either domestic market and overseas market. As part of the truck parts sales, we sell rebuild truck parts produced by our company.

REBUILD PARTS are the used parts that have been repaired or exchanged small parts if necessary. This REBUILD PARTS will be tested its performance after its repair and guaranteed to be in good condition, but relatively cheaper than brand new parts. You can save your budget compared to buying the brand new parts.

PREPARING for the SHIPMENT of VEHICLES
At next, we will tell about the preparing for the vehicle shipment. We also do the preparing the shipment for vehicles like loading into containers. And we do the car inspection before the shipment and a little repair for the vehicle when it is needed.

At first, we tell about loading the container. Our staff make the Vanning plan for your container as you request. And they dismantle the vehicles as you request like SKD style, CKD style, Front Cut style or CBU style. After dismantling, they load the vehicles and parts carefully so that your vehicles and parts will not get damaged during its delivery to you. After loading the vehicles and parts, we send container to the port and the container will be delivered to you.
 

PREPARING for the PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
At next, we would like to explain about the inspection before the shipment and a little repair when it is needed. In some counties like Uganda or Tanzania, vehicles are required to pass the pre-shipment inspection in exporting country to be imported to the countries.

Before we ship the vehicle, we check again the condition of the vehicles. If the vehicle needs the repair or exchange the parts, we will repair or exchange the parts so that your vehicles can pass the Pre-ship inspection like JEVIC, EEA, INTERTEK and so on.
